1. General Return PolicyDue to the nature of wholesale transactions,
all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. However, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged during shipment, or significantly different from the description or confirmed sample.
- A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse.
- Unsold inventory.
- Products that have been altered, used, or are not in their original packaging.
